Исследователь может исключить пациента из клинических испытаний по ряду причин, включая следующие:
● выявление состояния, соответствующего одному из критериев исключения (например, наступление беременности или развитие сопутствующего заболевания, влияющего на исследование);
● пациент получил сопутствующее лечение, не разрешенное протоколом;
● пациент сам решил отказаться от продолжения участия в исследовании;
● исследование было остановлено по соображениям безопасности или из-за низкой эффективности.
